Qualifikationen

• At least 8 years of experience in requirements engineering within exchange trading or financial services.
• Strong expertise in fixed income and structured products; equities/ETFs a plus.
• Solid understanding of trading platforms and matching engines.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and interface specifications.

Aufgaben

• Analyse and specify complex trading functionality across the full trading lifecycle.
• Translate business and instrument requirements into clear business requirements, functional specifications and interface specifications.
• Assess the business, operational and technical impact of changes across multiple systems.
• Work closely with business users, product managers, architects, developers and testing teams to turn requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Support feature refinement, implementation planning and delivery within an Agile environment.
• Contribute to topics spanning trading, market data and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure requirements and specifications are detailed, consistent and ready for implementation.
