Experis Switzerland seeks a senior Requirements Engineer to shape trading functionality across platforms in Zurich. You will document business and technical requirements, collaborating with product teams, architects, developers and QA in an Agile setting.

The role requires deep experience in exchange-traded instruments, fixed income and structured products, plus strong analytical skills and English fluency. Swiss work permit or EU eligibility is noted. 12-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifikationen

• At least 8 years of experience in requirements engineering in finance.
• Extensive expertise in exchange-traded instruments: fixed income and structured products.
• Equities and ETFs experience is beneficial.
• Understanding of trading platforms, matching engines, and order handling.
• Ability to analyze and specify complex trading functionality and impacts across multiple systems.
• Produce high-quality business requirements, functional and interface specifications.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of market data, reference data, and regulatory topics.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with business users, PMs, architects, developers and testers.
• Experience in Agile delivery and feature refinement.
• Fluency in English.
