Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 7 years of full-stack development across back-end and front-end technologies.
• 5 years of design/architecture experience plus testing/launching software products.
• 3 years of performance analysis in large-scale distributed systems and optimization.
• Experience in machine learning and performance optimization.

Aufgaben

• Own the technical and strategic roadmap for retail signals, goals and optimization.
• Improve the user understanding, advertiser intent and LTV value definition to power automated value delivery for retailers.
• Collaborate with PMs and executives to consolidate tools for value adjustments across predictions and optimization.
• Partner with senior cross-product area teams to leverage their expertise and infrastructure.
