Zusammenfassung

Taurus, a global leader in digital asset infrastructure, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering and client IT teams. You will drive technical deployments, integrations and up-sell value across customer environments.

You will work with a global client base, delivering hands-on services, designing resilient architectures and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role requires travel and strong communication in a fast-paced FinTech setting.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years hands-on experience integrating products in complex environments (finance a plus).
• Proven track record as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience with virtualization, VDI, backup and application management.
• Experience in DevOps build, testing, release management and product lifecycle.

Aufgaben

• Deliver hands-on technical deployments, configurations, knowledge transfer, software upgrades, maintenance and deprecation.
• Lead planning, installation and integration of Taurus solutions in physical, virtual or hybrid IT environments.
• Provide advanced services including product customization and integration in customer environments.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships, drive adoption, retention and satisfaction.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers to sustain value of Taurus products.
• Collaborate with customers to translate needs into Taurus solutions and roadmaps.
• Advocate customer needs across Taurus and ensure knowledge transfer of Taurus products to partners and customers.
• Work with engineering to resolve client issues promptly and drive post-sales satisfaction.
• Create and improve technical and user documentation for customers.
