Taurus SA is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join a hands-on Solutions Engineering team. You will bridge engineering and client IT, delivering complex deployments, configurations, and knowledge transfer across hybrid environments.

You will work with customers to define requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure high-quality service, aiming for strong adoption and satisfaction in a global FinTech context.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years hands-on experience in integrating products in complex environments.
• Proven track record as Solutions Architect/Pre-Sales/Technical Account Manager.
• Experience with virtualization, VDI, backup and application management.
• Strong DevOps tooling knowledge: Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, Shell.
• SQL database knowledge and programming in Go, Java, or Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel regularly.

• Lead planning, installation and integration in physical, virtual or hybrid IT environments.
• Provide advanced professional services including product customization and integration.
• Maintain relationships with customers, drive adoption and retention.

• Coordinate knowledge transfer to partners and customers.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve client issues and improve satisfaction.
• Organize and improve customer documentation.
