You’ll lead rapid experimentation, translate signals into actionable initiatives, and collaborate across software, data, and workflow teams in a hybrid Basel-based role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum5+ years’ experience in the life sciences / pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline).

• Translate high-potential opportunities into testable hypotheses and structured experiments.
• Lead rapid prototyping to validate assumptions and inform scaled implementation initiatives.
• Partner with Software and Workflow leaders to drive experiments, pilots, and scalable initiatives.
• Deliver clear, concise narratives tailored to executive, delivery and technical stakeholders.
