Swissblock is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build and operate components of our production trading platform. You will work with traders, quants, risk and compliance to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Role focuses on Python and Go, data ingestion, order routing, post-trade processing and regulatory reporting, with a strong emphasis on reliability and ownership. Hybrid work model with an office in Zug, Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on senior software engineering experience in Python and/or Go.
• Experience designing and building trading-related systems.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design.

Aufgaben

• Design, plan and implement new trading system components in Python and Go.
• Maintain, operate and enhance production trading infrastructure.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, risk, and compliance to translate requirements into technical solutions.
