Zusammenfassung

TWINT is seeking Senior Software Engineers with Spring Boot in Zurich or Bern to lead end-to-end development for a high-performance payment platform.

You will take technical ownership from conception through operations, ensuring clean code and active reviews, while supporting incident management and platform enhancements. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering in complex environments.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot with testing (JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Familiar with SQL, JPA/Hibernate, Gradle, Git; exposure to Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, hexagonal architecture a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Willingness for standby/on-call rotations; fluent in English; German a plus.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years in software engineering in complex environments
• Core Skillset with Java and Spring Boot as well as testing experience (JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers)
• Deep understanding of APIs and Standards of RESTful APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger
• Familiar with the Tools and Frameworks such as SQL, JPA/Hibernate, Gradle, Git; exposure to Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and hexagonal architecture is a plus
• Knowledge of Automation and practices in Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD principles
• Willingness to participate in standby duties for special assignments and on-call rotations
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
