• Master's degree (PhD preferred) in physics, electrical engineering, photonics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in designing complex, multi-domain systems with ownership of system architecture.
• Experience integrating optics/photonics with electronics, mechanics/thermal design, and embedded/software components.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture and cross-functional alignment for a scalable SNSPD platform.
• Define system structure, interfaces, and key architectural decisions; drive trade-offs across performance, cost, and integration.
• Shape the technology roadmap and evaluate new technologies to maintain innovation and competitiveness.
