Zusammenfassung

DeepJudge is a leading Swiss AI and ICT scale-up delivering enterprise-grade knowledge solutions for law firms. We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability of our large-scale production systems across multi-cloud environments, ensuring fast, available, and trustworthy services.

You will build observability, define SLOs, and automate operations using Python and Go, while collaborating with product engineering to scale our ingestion pipelines and data stores.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in SRE, production / platform engineering, or infrastructure-heavy software engineering, operating real production systems under reliability expectations.
• Strong at container-orchestration operations in production and comfortable on at least one major public cloud.
• Solid cloud infrastructure experience on a major public cloud and understanding of capacity, quotas, and cost.
• Observability hands-on with metrics, logs and traces to root-cause live incidents.
• Infrastructure-as-code and GitOps experience.

Aufgaben

• Owning the availability, latency and performance of our production environments across multi-cloud infra.
• Managing cloud infrastructure, networking, IAM, compute and storage, and capacity planning.
• Defining and deploying IaC and GitOps workflows with safe, recoverable changes.
• Defining SLOs and dashboards to monitor production.
• Automating operations with Python and/or Go.
