Finders SA in Zurich seeks a Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer to drive AI, GenAI and intelligent automation on the ServiceNow platform.

You will develop AI solutions spanning PoC to production, mentor teams, and advise clients on governance and architecture while integrating Now Assist, AI Agents and Flow Designer.

Fluency in German and English is required; extensive ServiceNow ITSM expertise is essential for success in a large-scale environment.

Qualifikationen

• Severa­l years of experience as ServiceNow Engineer, Architect or Senior Consultant.
• Fluent German and good English required.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM expertise; CSM or ITOM is an advantage.
• Hands-on with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and automation.
• Experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, Virtual Agent and AI Search.

Our client, a leading Swiss IT services organisation, is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer to drive AI, GenAI and intelligent automation within its ServiceNow platform.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the ServiceNow AI and automation roadmap
• Identify and deliver AI use cases from PoC to production
• Build solutions using Now Assist, AI Agents and ServiceNow AI capabilities
• Develop intelligent assistants and automated service processes
• Contribute to ServiceNow architecture, standards and AI governance
• Advise customers and internal stakeholders on AI solutions

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer, Developer, Architect or Senior Consultant
• Fluent German and good English required
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM expertise; CSM or ITOM is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and automation
• Practical experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, Virtual Agent and AI Search
• Experience implementing AI solutions in production
• ServiceNow certifications
• GenAI, LLM and AI Agent experience is an advantage
