Job summary

Job description

I am currently supporting a major digital HR transformation project and wanted to reach out regarding an opportunity for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant. The project is focused on the implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions within a complex international environment. We are looking for a consultant who can combine strong SuccessFactors expertise with a solid understanding of HR business processes and stakeholder management.

Full-time: 100% Functional Consultant role

Project setup Start: January 2027 Duration: Long-term assignment Location: Lausanne area / Hybrid Workload: 100% Language: Fluent French required, English required

Main responsibilities

• Analyse, design and optimise HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure and enhance SuccessFactors modules based on business needs and best practices
• Support workshops, testing activities, user training and go-live preparation
• Collaborate closely with HR teams, business stakeholders and technical experts
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and digital HR solutions
• Provide functional expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle

Required skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Proven experience in at least one of the following modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation or Succession & Development
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and digital HR transformation initiatives
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design
• Previous experience working on implementation, rollout or optimisation projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in an international project environment
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications would be considered an advantage
