Job summary

agap2 Switzerland is seeking Senior SAP IBP consultants to support optimization of SAP IBP in Basel. You will assess current implementations, optimize processes, and work with cross-functional teams to improve planning performance.

The role favors candidates with a university degree in engineering or IT, about 5 years of SAP IBP experience, and a proven ability to challenge existing processes while delivering practical improvements in pharmaceutical or chemical industries.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering / IT or related field.
• About 5 years of experience with SAP IBP.
• Proven experience optimizing SAP applications beyond implementation or daily support.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current SAP solution and identify inefficiencies, performance issues and optimization opportunities.
• Optimize and improve existing SAP IBP applications, processes and configurations.
• Support the analysis and enhancement of SAP IBP functionalities.
• Review planning and production scheduling processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Challenge existing practices and provide an independent expert perspective.
• Work closely with business, IT and process teams to define and implement improvement actions.
• Share best practices and lessons learned from different industrial environments.
