Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services in Switzerland seeks a Technical Architect within the Customer Success Group to act as a trusted advisor and Salesforce expert for enterprise clients, translating business priorities into scalable, secure solutions.

You will define the solution vision, lead architecture, and guide implementations across sales, service and connected enterprise processes, aligning delivery with long-term value and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise architecture or technical consulting.
4+ years leading Salesforce implementation projects.
Strong Salesforce design skills including data modelling, integration, security and platform scalability.
Hands-on configuration and development in Salesforce.
Ability to lead technical teams across distributed groups.
Multilingual capability: German or French (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor linking business objectives with Salesforce architecture, roadmaps and outcomes.
Lead architecture for complex engagements and coordinate teams across customers, partners and Salesforce.
Translate requirements into practical designs balancing business needs and maintainability.
Design data, integration and security architectures connecting Salesforce with enterprise systems.
Mentor customers and contribute best practices; support pre-sales as needed.
