Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Switzerland is seeking a Technical Architect within the Customer Success Group to guide large-scale Salesforce engagements.

You will translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures and lead delivery across sales, service, and connected enterprise processes. You will collaborate with customers and partners, mentor teams, and shape migration strategies while balancing data quality, security, and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or technical consulting experience.
• 4+ years leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into architecture and delivery plans.
• Experience with enterprise security, privacy and governance requirements.
• Strong Salesforce application design skills, including data modelling, integration, identity, security and scalability.
• Hands-on configuration and development experience with Salesforce customization.
• Willingness to travel regionally or internationally as needed.
• Authorized to work in Switzerland with a valid Swiss work permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, connecting business objectives with Salesforce architecture and measurable outcomes.
• Lead architecture for complex engagements, coordinating architects and aligning decisions across customers and Salesforce teams.
• Translate requirements into practical designs balancing needs, platform capabilities and maintainability.
• Design data, integration and security architectures linking Salesforce with enterprise apps and analytics platforms.
• Mentor customers, partners and colleagues; contribute reusable architecture patterns and delivery best practices.
