Job summary

Gravis Robotics AG in Switzerland is seeking a senior software architect to own the task-level architecture for autonomous behaviors. You will define clear module boundaries, factor out shared logic across tasks, and implement tests with telemetry to guide sustainable solutions.

You will lead software quality, applying modern C++ practices and robust Python tooling, while collaborating with the simulation team to unify training, benchmarking and evaluation tooling across tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years developing complex C++ systems with modern C++ (17+).
• Strong Python for tooling, configuration and simulation scripting.
• Experience designing large modular software systems with long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities
