Gravis Robotics is building autonomous robotics for construction with a strong emphasis on robust software architecture and quality. We seek a senior roboticist who can architect task-level orchestration across autonomous behaviors and ensure clean module boundaries and maintainability.

You will drive technical leadership in C++ and Python tooling, contribute to testing pipelines, and work with an incoming simulation team to unify training, benchmarking, and evaluation tooling for scalable

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years developing complex C++ systems with modern C++ (17+)
• Strong Python for tooling, config and simulation-side scripting
• Experience designing large modular software systems with long-term maintainability
• High standards for software quality and durability

Aufgaben

• Own the task-level architecture shared across autonomous behaviors.
• Define clear module boundaries between behavior orchestration and common logic.
• Implement component tests and telemetry/metrics pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership on C++ and Python tooling (clang-tidy, sanitizers, static analysis).
