Sereact GmbH is seeking a Senior Research Scientist for our R&D hub in the Zurich area. You will lead the development of Vision-Language-Action models that empower robots to understand and interact with the world, bridging research and deployed embodied intelligence.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD or a top-tier Master’s degree, with a track record of publications in NeurIPS, CVPR, or related venues. You will collaborate with robotics and hardware teams, publish findings, and contribute to scalable

Qualifikationen

• PhD or Master’s in CS/ML/Robotics with a strong publication record.
• Deep learning and computer vision expertise required; experience with robotics applications.

Aufgaben

• Design and scale Vision-Language-Action models for robotic manipulation and navigation.
• Develop strategies for multi-modal data collection and fine-tuning of large models.
• Optimize inference for real-time robotic applications without sacrificing reasoning.
• Publish high-impact papers at top conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR).
• Collaborate with Core Robotics and Hardware teams to integrate AI into platforms.
