Kielo Research, a Sanius Health company based in Zug, Switzerland, is seeking a Research Associate or Senior Research Associate to collaborate with principal investigators on health outcomes studies. The role blends applied research, clear scientific writing, and daily project coordination with patients, caregivers, and clinicians.

You should have a master's degree (or a PhD) with relevant experience, strong English, and comfort with AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in patient preference research or related scientific training welcomed.
• Master's degree + 3+ years relevant experience or PhD + 1+ year relevant experience required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct literature reviews and contribute to protocols and scientific documents.
• Design choice experiments including DCEs, BWS, thresholding, swing weighting.
• Conduct patient interviews and moderate focus groups (in-person/online/phone).
• Test surveys and study materials; code and analyse qualitative data.
• Conduct econometric analyses of choice data and statistical analyses.
• Draft study reports and scientific publications; plan client/internal meetings.
• Track timelines, actions and progress; perform quality control of deliverables.
