Shape and coordinate the Schulthess Clinic's research strategy and translate priorities into a shared agenda.
Coordinate clinical departments and research groups to enable ambitious multidisciplinary research programmes.
Identify and prioritise opportunities in scientific, clinical, and technological areas for musculoskeletal care.
Develop capabilities in outcomes research, data science and artificial intelligence.
Build strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions, healthcare organisations, foundations and industry.
Promote competitive research funding and help attract third-party funding.
Strengthen the international visibility and impact of our research.
Monitor research performance and provide strategic reporting to governing bodies.
