CSL Behring in Bern seeks a Senior Quality Associate to provide QA oversight for Global Pathogen Safety laboratories, ensuring GLP/GRLP compliance and supporting quality improvements across the site.

You will collaborate with lab teams and stakeholders to maintain inspection readiness, foster a proactive quality culture, and help harmonize CSL quality standards across the global lab network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Life Sciences or related field.
• 3+ years in Quality Assurance, R&D, or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of GLP principles and their application.

Aufgaben

• Provide QA oversight for GLP/GRLP-compliant activities.
• Develop and improve quality procedures and systems with lab teams.
• Review study plans and reports for GLP compliance and prepare QA statements.
• Plan and conduct inspections and follow up on CAPA actions.
• Communicate findings to Facility Management and study teams.
• Support inspection readiness and regulatory inspections as needed.
• Contribute to internal audit and CAPA program.
