Jobgether is seeking a Python Senior Software Engineer, AI Training, based in Switzerland, for a remote, project-based engagement. You will evaluate AI-generated coding interactions, focusing on usefulness, reasoning, and explanations, and provide detailed feedback to improve AI-powered development tools.

The role requires senior-level software engineering experience, strong Python skills, and excellent communication.

Formación

• Senior, Staff, or Principal-level software engineering experience or equivalent expertise.
• Strong Python expertise with deep understanding of AI-assisted development workflows.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs without executing code or reviewing every line.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency (B2 level or above).
• Confidence in providing direct, constructive, well-supported opinions.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions from start to finish and assess overall quality.
• Provide expert feedback on usefulness, technical soundness, reasoning, and explanations.
• Assess quality of explanations, reasoning, and recommendations beyond code correctness.
• Record short video explanations to communicate evaluation findings and context.
• Help define quality benchmarks for AI coding agents and related tools.
