Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Project Manager for our DePuy Synthes Orthopedics team in Zuchwil, Switzerland. You will lead regulatory submissions to EU Notified Bodies under MDR, coordinating with global teams to align timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing risks, and maintaining MDR certificate data while liaising with regulators and stakeholders to ensure timely reviews and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in project management, regulatory affairs, life sciences, engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates submissions to EU Notified Bodies including applications and tracking for new product introductions and changes to existing products.
• Liaises with business units to ensure proper execution of submissions.
• Develops and maintains detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify project risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and escalate as appropriate.
• Maintains MDR Certificate data and associated documentation.
