Proclinical Group seeks an EMR Maintenance Engineer to support calibration, maintenance, and compliance in a GMP-regulated Swiss manufacturing setup. You will handle calibration of process instrumentation and maintain records to audit-ready standards.

Responsibilities include managing CMX Calibration Software, coordinating with SAP PM, and ensuring safe, compliant operations across engineering, production, and quality teams.

• Hands-on experience in instrumentation and calibration within pharmaceutical, chemical, or other regulated industries.

Proclinical is seeking an EMR Maintenance Engineer to support calibration, maintenance, and compliance activities in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. In this role, you will focus on preparing, executing, and documenting calibration and preventive maintenance for process instrumentation while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This position requires hands‑on expertise in instrumentation, proficiency with calibration management systems, and familiarity with regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or chemicals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of GMP requirements and documentation practices.
• Experience with process instrumentation and related systems in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with SAP PM Plant Maintenance and maintenance planning processes.
• Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Technology, or a related field. Candidates with relevant industry experience and completed apprenticeships are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German; good communication skills in English.
