Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of construction and fit-out projects in a fast-paced environment. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk, coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities within an integrated delivery model.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, a proactive approach, and the ability to liaise with clients in both French and English.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in project management within construction.
• Experience managing contractors and supply chains.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from design to handover.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• French and English language proficiency.

• Lead the delivery of construction and fit-out projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage programme, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities within an integrated delivery model.
• Act as a key client contact ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contractor and supplier performance and drive high standards of delivery.
• Support procurement strategies and engagement with supply chain partners.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Ensure projects comply with contracts, timelines, and budget.
