Job summary

NVIDIA DGX Cloud delivers AI services and endpoints for research and production workloads in Zürich. We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer to build software and automation that keep those services reliable, scalable, and safe to operate.

You’ll work on large-scale distributed systems spanning cloud providers and on-prem, define SLIs/SLOs, and partner with model, platform, storage, networking, and security teams to maintain high availability and rapid recovery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building or operating production services.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, containers, networking.
• Understanding of SLI/SLOs and incident response.
• Experience with metrics, logs, and traces.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate production software and automation.
• Improve reliability of inference and agentic platforms and services.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and monitor service health.
• Collaborate with model, platform, storage, networking, and security teams.
• Participate in on-call and incident response.
