Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of software product management or senior product owner experience.
- Proven success delivering complex enterprise software in agile environments.
- Experience leading large, interconnected projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- German language skills are a plus.
Aufgaben
- Define, communicate, and maintain product goals and roadmaps.
- Own and prioritize the backlog, translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.
- Guide releases, adoption, and continuous improvement for measurable business outcomes.
