Job summary

Abbott AG is seeking a Senior Product Owner Advanced Analytics in Allschwil-Basel to drive the analytics strategy across our pharma division. You will lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to translate business needs into scalable ML-driven solutions that enable data-informed decision making.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Market Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations to ensure value realization and sustainable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5-7 years of Product Owner or Product Management experience within Advanced Analytics, Data Science, AI, Digital, or Data Transformation environments.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering Machine Learning and Data Science initiatives.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the Advanced Analytics product portfolio and roadmap in alignment with EPD priorities.
• Identify opportunities where ML, AI, and Advanced Analytics can drive business value and support transformation.
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end problem definition and recommend the most appropriate AI/ML/Analytics approach.
• Maintain a holistic view of the project portfolio and ensure alignment with the analytics roadmap and business objectives.
• Support budget planning, resource allocation, and prioritization for analytics initiatives.
• Drive adoption of Advanced Analytics solutions through change management and stakeholder engagement.
