SKAN AG is seeking a Senior Product Manager for aseptic processes to lead strategic and operational activities across the product lifecycle. You will work with customers, sales, engineering and service to translate market needs into concrete developments while tracking GMP and regulatory changes in a global market.

You bring several years of experience in aseptic filling systems in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering, pharmaceutical technology or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in product management, business development, sales or engineering of machinery and equipment.
• Solid practical experience with aseptic filling systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
• In depth process understanding of aseptic filling of sterile pharmaceuticals and its regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Strategic and operational product management for aseptic process solutions.
• Develop and implement product strategies, including business cases and roadmaps.
• Analyze market and customer requirements and derive product improvements.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering and service.
• Create and prioritise requirement specifications for new developments and optimisations.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and regulatory developments (GMP, Annex 1).
