Job summary

Beyond Gravity in Switzerland seeks a Senior Quality Assurance professional to own end-to-end product quality across manufacturing, delivery, and launch preparation for our space products. You will ensure compliance with EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL standards and act as the primary quality interface for manufacturing and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Quality and Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL standards.
• Knowledge of space certification processes.
• Experience using quality prevention methods (5Why, Ishikawa).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product quality across manufacturing, delivery, and launch preparation.
• Ensure compliance with EN9100, ECSS, NASA, MIL.
• Act as primary quality interface for product line with manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of product and process quality.
• Coordinate quality reviews with customer and audits; capture Lessons Learned.
