Swiss Re is seeking an Analytics Product Expert (Hybrid; m/f/x/d; 80-100%) to bridge operational analytics with product delivery. You will shape roadmaps, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and drive adoption of analytical solutions across Life & Health Re design teams.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analyzable use cases and ensure solutions are embedded into daily decision-making. Swiss Re emphasizes AI-driven analytics and global collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Business analysis or product analysis experience, ideally within data, analytics, digital products, consulting, or process improvement environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex business problems into structured product requirements, analytical use cases, and user stories for development teams.
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI or Palantir Foundry, with a solid understanding of applying these tools to real business problems.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate needs into product requirements and analytical use cases.
• Support Product Owners in defining roadmaps, prioritising enhancements, and shaping new capabilities based on value and user feedback.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, UX, and IT to ensure clear requirements and successful delivery.
• Drive product adoption through testing, demonstrations, documentation, and change management activities.
