Camp de Base is recruiting a Senior Relationship Manager for an international wealth management group with decades of private banking expertise. The role is based in Switzerland with client travel as needed.

You will be the primary contact for a Swiss private client base, building long-standing relationships through discretion and an open-architecture approach that selects best-in-class providers and outcomes. Strong English is required; French, German, or Spanish are a plus.

• Proven track record in client relationship management.
• Ownership of a client book to onboard and expand.
• Strict compliance: no client portfolios with Russian nexus.

• Lead client meetings and maintain high-touch relationship coverage.
• Assess client situations and orchestrate suitable wealth strategies.
• Support onboarding: KYC/AML docs, record maintenance, audit-ready traceability.
• Monitor market/regulatory developments and provide insights.
• Identify and execute business development opportunities across Switzerland.
• Ensure FINMA compliance and confidentiality standards.
• Coordinate internal experts to deliver holistic coverage.
