Redstone Private Banking Search is assisting a Swiss private bank with expanding its European coverage by hiring entrepreneurial Senior Relationship Managers. The role centers on managing a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients and delivering bespoke advisory solutions across Western Europe.

You will originate new assets, maintain close client relationships, and ensure compliance with Swiss regulations while benefiting from a client‑centric platform with strong commercial upside and Swiss booking.

Qualifikationen

• Acquire new assets through proactive business development, focusing on Western European markets.
• Serve as the primary trusted point of contact for clients, delivering a high-touch, personalised service.
• Ensure full compliance with Swiss and local regulatory requirements.
• Reports to the relevant Market Head depending on the platform.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• A transferable client portfolio is essential (target: USD 100m+ in Net New Money over 3 years).
• Strong track record in asset gathering, revenue generation, and long‑term client retention.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with in‑depth knowledge of private banking products, wealth structuring, and investment solutions.
• Suitable for bankers seeking a client‑centric platform with strong commercial upside and Swiss booking.
