DES Capital is seeking a seasoned professional from the private banking world to sit across the table from senior bankers. You will interview shortlisted bankers by video, assess each book in depth, and give clear, honest judgments on whether and to whom to present the banker.

You will work with the founding team as we grow our placements in Switzerland and abroad, with fully remote hours and a small, fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Senior private banking background or executive search experience.
• Fluent English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
• Ability to interview and assess bankers and articulate judgments clearly.

Responsabilités

• Interview shortlisted private bankers and team heads by video call.
• Understand each book's size, booking centre and client mix.
• Provide a clear, honest assessment regarding suitability for placement.
• Collaborate with the founding team to grow placements in Switzerland and abroad.
