You will originate, develop and manage HNW/UHNWI relationships across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, delivering tailored wealth solutions while navigating cross-border requirements.

Five+ years in private banking or wealth management is required, with a proven track record of asset growth and client acquisition.

We are currently partnering with established private banks and wealth management institutions to recruit experienced Senior Private Bankers and established teams across all international markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for accomplished Private Bankers to explore entrepreneurial platforms offering a highly personalized approach to wealth management, access to senior decision-makers and significant autonomy to develop and grow their business.

The Opportunity We are seeking high-performing Senior Private Bankers with a proven track record of acquiring, developing and managing High and Ultra High Net Worth client relationships.

We welcome conversations with experienced Private Bankers covering all geographic markets, including European, Middle Eastern, African, Asian, Latin American and other international client segments.

Candidates should have an established network within their respective market and be able to demonstrate a credible track record of client acquisition, relationship development and asset growth.

We are equally interested in speaking with individual Senior Private Bankers and established teams considering their next move.

Your Profile

• Minimum of five years' experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management, with preference for established senior profiles
• Demonstrable success in acquiring and managing HNWI and UHNWI clients
• An established client network and strong relationships within your respective geographic market
• Proven ability to originate new business and grow assets under management
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment solutions and cross-border private banking
• Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
• Strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance considerations associated with your client market
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, client-focused environment
• University degree in Finance, Banking or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
