The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in industrial production, a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, and full professional proficiency in French, with hands-on experience on lathes, milling centers, and grinding systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in industrial production environments or manufacturing engineering.
• Fluent French required.
• Strong Lean/CI experience and implementation track record.

Responsibilities

• Optimize precision machining processes and production workflows.
• Support the design and implementation of new production cells.
• Contribute to Lean and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of production equipment.
• Improve factory layouts and manufacturing flow.
• Develop tooling and fixturing solutions.
• Review CNC programming sequences and machining logic.
• Coordinate technical activities across production and engineering teams.
• Support industrialization and production-performance improvement initiatives
