Gramian Consultancy's client, a leading industrial manufacturer in a precision-driven Swiss production environment, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to optimize machining processes, support new production cells, and drive Lean initiatives across layouts and tooling.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial production, deep hands-on proficiency with lathes, milling centers, and grinding systems, and a proven record of cross-disciplinary collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in industrial production environments.
• At least 5 years in manufacturing engineering or related function.
• Hands-on with precision machining equipment and processes.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with production equipment, tooling and process optimization.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable discipline.
• Full professional proficiency in French.
