Overstory is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own core marketing work—positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement. You’ll shape how we bring products to market and how sales talks about them to utility leaders making high-stakes infrastructure decisions.

The role collaborates with VP of marketing, head of sales, customer success, product leadership, and the marketing team to build the function and establish best practices for product marketing at Overstory.

Competenze

• 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise software with long sales cycles.
• Ability to write for highly technical audiences and craft sharp narratives for demos, executive briefings and field sales.
• Experience integrating AI into daily workflows and tools.
• Experience building and delivering sales training, enablement sessions and coaching across teams.

Mansioni

• Own Overstory's core positioning and product messaging from category narrative to value props.
• Shape language that helps utility leaders understand wildfire risk and related costs of inaction.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy for new and existing products, including complex deals.
• Create sales enablement materials (battlecards, narratives, ROI models) and train reps to use them.
• Partner with product and sales leadership on go-to-market decisions, launches, pilots and new segments.
• Run win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence to inform selling and positioning.
• Mentor early career team members in product, content and field marketing.
