Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in ML or data-driven systems.
• 3+ years leading and managing ML or data-focused teams.
• Passionate about climate and technology’s role in addressing environmental challenges.
• Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
• Product-minded with ability to demonstrate business impact through tech.
• Deep technical depth in ML or data systems to guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Enable ML and data teams to operate as highly productive cross-functional units delivering ML-driven capabilities.
• Grow teams by attracting and hiring top Data/ML talent.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to help others grow and thrive.
• Partner with Product Managers to balance short- and long-term technical goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering leaders on strategy and delivery.
