You'll work with a small, senior team to shape product direction, drive engagement, moderation, trust, and network effects while balancing user privacy with growth. This role offers impactful work with global reach.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of product management on social or community platforms.
• Deep knowledge of engagement loops, moderation, trust, and network effects.
• Analytically sharp; defines success with numbers and experiments.
• Strong written and spoken communication; aligns stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead a product autonomously without a roadmap.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the product strategy and end-to-end roadmap.
• Own activation, engagement, retention, and community health metrics.
• Translate community dynamics into a clear product view and plan.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineers, design, data, growth.
• Drive structured discovery via user research, competitive analysis, feedback loops.
• Represent the product externally to users, partners, and leadership.
