You will balance engagement, trust, and safety while collaborating with engineers, design, data, and growth. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and community dynamics.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of product management experience in social or community platforms.
• Deep understanding of how engagement loops and moderation shape product strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap end-to-end.
• Own activation, engagement, retention, and community health metrics and targets.
• Translate community psychology into a clear product POV and execution plan.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, design, data, and growth.
• Drive structured discovery via user research, competitive analysis, and feedback loops.
• Represent the product externally to users, partners, and leadership.
