Proton Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Inbox team in London. You will define the B2B product strategy for Mail and Calendar, working with central leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver admin controls, org management, and integrations that respect privacy guarantees.

You’ll lead features from concept through post-launch analysis, engaging with admins, IT buyers, and end users to deepen engagement, optimize pricing, and drive product-led growth.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of shipping features that moved engagement or retention metrics.
• Deep B2B SaaS background: owned product for organizational buyers, understands admin and IT workflows.
• Analytically rigorous: defines success metrics before building and can pressure-test roadmap decisions with evidence.
• Technically fluent: comfortable designing solutions with engineers and making trade-offs when scope/timeline conflict.
• Freemium or subscription models: understands impact on revenue and monetization.
• A direct, structured communicator who aligns engineers, growth, and senior leadership within the same week.
• Background in productivity software with understanding of user habits and daily engagement.

Aufgaben

• Own the B2B product strategy for Mail and Calendar in partnership with central B2B leadership; identify admin controls, org management, integrations, and compliance features.
• Lead features from concept to post-launch measurement with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Data teams.
• Talk directly with admins, IT buyers, and org end users to understand workflows, pain points, and buying criteria shaping the roadmap.
• Drive product-led growth initiatives to expand self-serve B2B adoption and seat expansions.
• Partner with Sales on pricing, packaging, and feature requirements for larger deals; scope what’s needed to win.
