SOPHiA GENETICS is seeking a Senior Platform Designer to shape how the DDM platform evolves across genomics, oncology, imaging, and real-world data. You will own cross-cutting design problems and partner with engineering, PMs, and clinical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into coherent product experiences.

You will lead prototypes, validate with expert users under clinical contexts, and help grow the design function into a team leadership role.

Qualifications

• Senior platform designer with track record in regulated health-tech environments.
• Portfolio showing shipped work and product judgment across complex workflows.
• Experience designing information-dense, data-heavy interfaces.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-platform design problems across the DDM platform (genomics, oncology, imaging).
• Define and evolve cross-surface interaction patterns for platform coherence.
• Govern and evolve the design system in collaboration with engineering.
