• 3–5 years of PMx experience; oncology experience is a plus.
• Hands-on PK/PD modeling with Monolix/NONMEM; strong programming in R/Python.
• Knowledge of PBPK tools (SimCYP, PK-Sim, Gastro-Plus) is an asset.
• GCP/GCLP familiarity and regulatory guideline knowledge.

In this role, you willcontribute tothe modeling and simulationactivitiesfor projects in Oncology and Antibiotics, leveraging state-of-the-artPK,PK/PDand othermethodologies. You will conduct pharmacometricsanalysesto add value, support, and accelerate the development ofDebiopharm'sinnovative medicine.

Yourresponsibilities will be butnotlimited to:

• Performing (hands-on) and/or monitoring (oversight)pharmacometrics(PMx)activitiesfrom non-clinical to clinical drug development stages ofprimarily oncologyprograms.
• Conductrelevantmodeling and simulation activitiesin compliance with regulatory guidelinesand internal SOP, including but not limited to:POPPK, PK/PD, ER, disease progression modeling,trial simulation,model-based optimal trial design,documentation..
• Contribute todeveloping,implementingand promotinginnovativePMxmethodologies.
• Contributetodevelopingandexecutingthemodel-informed drug developmentstrategiesfromearly tolatedevelopmentstages
• Communicating onPMxresultsin a cross-functional environment.
• Contribute to the preparation ofPMxdocumentation to support regulatory or other cross-functional activities; may participate in interactions with Health Authorities.
• Contribute to external scientific communications (publications, posters and oral presentations, and press releases). Participate in external scientificforums, conferences and courses to stay updated with latest industry trends and establish professional networks.
• SupportstheIn& Out licensing activities as part ofDebiopharm'smodel.

Requirements

Yourprofile

• PhD or equivalent degree inPharmacometrics, mathematics, statistics, or similar disciplineswith demonstrated expertise in pharmacometrics(e.g.,population PK and PK/PD modeling, exposure-response analysis, disease progression models,clinical trial simulation)
• At least 3-5yearsrelevant experience inPMxwithin industry or academia; experience in oncology is an asset
• Solidhands-on experience in Population PK/PD modellingsoftware(Monolix,NONMEM);Excellent programming skills (R,Python,...);KnowledgeKnowledgeof PBPK modelingsoftware(e.g.:SimCYP, PK-Sim, Gastro-Plus) is an asset.
• In depth understanding ofpharmacology and pharmacokinetic concepts, as well asknowledge ofpreclinicalandclinical development
• Knowledge of GCP, GCLPand relevant regulatory guidelines
• Ability to work independentlyin afast-pacedenvironmentwhilemaintainingstrong collaborationsbothwithinandcrossfunctions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Results interpretationcapabilities,strongscientific/technical wring/reportingabilities, andinterpersonalskillsinEnglish,French is an asset
