Job summary

BoF Careers seeks skilled and experienced product developers to join the VETEMENTS development team in Zürich, translating design ideas into tangible products. You will support the design team, manage development from concept to production, and ensure alignment with cost, quality and brand objectives.

You will plan, oversee and execute projects from insights gathering to brief, design, costing and commercialisation, ensuring on-time delivery while meeting cost, quality and brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage product development from concept to production.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design team in translating ideas into products.
• Start, follow and overview the product development process.
• Plan, coordinate and execute projects through design, development, costing, and commercialisation.
• Work with development and production teams to ensure on-time delivery of samples and production confirmation.
• Review prototypes and feedback with production team to meet cost, quality and brand objectives.
• Manage technical development from design concept to production-ready hand-off.
