TrueScripts Management Services is seeking a seasoned Client Success Executive to act as a senior liaison between TrueScripts and our clients. You will leverage your PBM and account-management expertise to drive renewals, retention, and growth across existing accounts.

In addition, you will onboard new clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead strategic reviews with key stakeholders. A college degree and 5+ years in client success or PBM are required; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years of cumulative Account Management/Client Success in a PBM setting or equivalent client-facing health/benefits experience.
• Experience managing employer groups or health plan accounts preferred.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time if needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead the strategic account team with full ownership of client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Be the main contact via telephone and email for clients to resolve questions and issues.
• Oversee execution of the client communication plan and renewals.
• Develop strong internal and client relationships through proactive interactions and clear communication.
• Collaborate with account management, clinical, data analytics, and business development teams.
• Work with your POD on reporting and analysis of claims data for cost-savings opportunities.
