Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Zürich is seeking a Senior PAM & Secrets Management Engineer to design, implement and operate secure, scalable PAM across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role emphasizes integration with Active Directory, Entra ID, and automation to enhance identity security.

You will work with Delinea Secret Server and OpenBao, driving credential rotation, lifecycle management, and secure non-human identities, while aligning with the Identity Security strategy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience with PAM tools and platform engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and cloud integrations.
• Experience with privileged access management, secrets management and machine identities.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and operate PAM and secrets management platforms (Delinea Secret Server, OpenBao).
• Connect PAM with Active Directory, Entra ID, cloud platforms, DevOps, SIEM, ITSM and enterprise apps.
• Improve onboarding, credential rotation, lifecycle management, and day-to-day ops for privileged accounts and secrets.
• Explore how AI, automation and non-human identities are changing IAM, PAM, and Identity Security.
• Contribute ideas and help shape next-gen secure PAM capabilities.

Are you passionate about Privileged Access Management, secrets management, and Identity Security? Join us as a Senior PAM & Secrets Management Engineer and help design secure, scalable access solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Working with Delinea Secret Server and OpenBao, you will protect privileged accounts, secrets, service accounts, APIs, and machine identities while contributing to our Identity Security strategy.

What You Will Do

• Build, configure, and operate modern PAM and secrets management platforms, including Delinea Secret Server and OpenBao.


• Connect PAM and secrets management solutions with technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, cloud platforms, DevOps pipelines, SIEM, ITSM, and enterprise applications.


• Improve onboarding, automation, credential rotation, lifecycle management, and day-to-day operations for privileged accounts and secrets.


• Explore how AI, automation, autonomous agents, and non-human identities are changing IAM, PAM, and Identity Security.


• Contribute ideas, challenge existing approaches, and help build the next generation of secure and efficient PAM capabilities.

What You Bring

• 6+ year hands-on experience with PAM tools, including platform engineering, operations, integrations, and secure lifecycle management.


• Good understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows, Linux, cloud platforms, and hybrid infrastructure environments.


• A solid understanding of privileged access management, secrets management, machine and non-human identities, Zero Trust principles, and emerging AI security topics.


• The ability to look beyond individual tools and design pragmatic solutions that balance security, usability, operations, and regulatory expectations.


• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to act as a trusted advisor for business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
