SIX in Zürich seeks a Senior PAM & Secrets Management Engineer to design secure, scalable access solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Working with Delinea Secret Server and OpenBao, you will protect privileged accounts, secrets, service accounts, APIs, and machine identities while contributing to our Identity Security strategy.

Formación

• 6+ years hands-on experience with PAM tools, including platform engineering, operations, integrations, and secure lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of AD, Entra ID, Windows, Linux, cloud platforms, and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust concepts and AI security topics relevant to PAM and secrets management.

Responsabilidades

• Build, configure, and operate PAM and secrets management platforms across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Integrate PAM with Active Directory, Entra ID, cloud services, DevOps, SIEM, ITSM, and enterprise apps.
• Improve onboarding, rotation, and lifecycle management for privileged accounts and secrets.
• Explore AI, automation, and non-human identities in IAM and PAM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve secure PAM capabilities.

Working with Delinea Secret Server and OpenBao, you will protect privileged accounts, secrets, service accounts, APIs, and machine identities while contributing to our Identity Security strategy.

• Build, configure, and operate modern PAM and secrets management platforms, including Delinea Secret Server and OpenBao.
• Connect PAM and secrets management solutions with technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, cloud platforms, DevOps pipelines, SIEM, ITSM, and enterprise applications.
• Improve onboarding, automation, credential rotation, lifecycle management, and day-to-day operations for privileged accounts and secrets.
• Explore how AI, automation, autonomous agents, and non-human identities are changing IAM, PAM, and Identity Security.
• Contribute ideas, challenge existing approaches, and help build the next generation of secure and efficient PAM capabilities.

What You Bring

• 6+ year hands-on experience with PAM tools, including platform engineering, operations, integrations, and secure lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows, Linux, cloud platforms, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• A solid understanding of privileged access management, secrets management, machine and non-human identities, Zero Trust principles, and emerging AI security topics.
• The ability to look beyond individual tools and design pragmatic solutions that balance security, usability, operations, and regulatory expectations.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to act as a trusted advisor for business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
