MSD Switzerland in Luzern is seeking an experienced quality-focused professional to join Technical Support Packaging. You will independently manage and support quality-related and technical activities in a GMP-regulated environment, including investigations, documentation, systems support and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires strong technical judgment, a structured way of working and effective collaboration across functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy or related field.
• Several years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on deviation management, change control, CAPA and SOP/documentation experience.
• Practical knowledge of calibration, validation and qualification activities for equipment and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently within procedures.

Aufgaben

• Own and coordinate deviation records and support timely investigations and CAPA implementation.
• Support and monitor change control activities for compliant process changes.
• Create, maintain and improve SOPs and GMP documentation.
• Execute calibration, validation and qualification activities for equipment and systems.
• Investigate technical issues, perform root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Perform quality risk assessments to support decision-making and compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support audits and inspections.
• Contribute to improvement projects enhancing compliance and efficiency.
• Support Environmental Health & Safety activities where applicable.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely technical and quality documentation.
