myitjob GmbH in Zürich is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (m/w) for a 100% role. You will design, develop, implement and maintain core Oracle applications, and manage SQL/PL-SQL processes to keep systems robust.

You will ensure database availability, enforce security standards, optimise architecture, and take ownership of performance and capacity monitoring in a production RAC (ASM) environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle DBA, ideally Oracle Certified Database Professional.
• Production RAC (ASM) experience and strong performance tuning.
• Linux OS experience and Oracle tools like Data Guard, RMAN, Data Pump, GoldenGate.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, implement and maintain core Oracle applications and SQL/PL-SQL processes.
• Ensure database availability, security standards, and capacity monitoring.
• Perform data migrations, backups, DR planning, and restore verification.
• Collaborate with infrastructure team to size hardware and meet SLAs during major incidents.
